Step 2: Activate Your Performance Blogging System
You have learned what a Performance Blogging System is and how it connects with Residual Affiliate Marketing. Now you need a PBS of your own. This is where you stop looking at someone else’s online system and start building with your own.
Your PBS gives all that learning somewhere to go. Because let’s face it, collecting marketing knowledge without putting it to work is a little like buying a treadmill and using it to hang clothes. You technically own the equipment, but that was not exactly the plan. 😂
Choose the activation option that works best for you:
Once your activation is complete, your PBS setup begins.
Step 3: Get Ready for Training
Once your PBS is ready, the learning begins. It takes about 72 hours for your PBS to be set up and activated. During that time, you will be contacted by your instructor and training support team.
If 72 hours have passed and you have not been contacted, don’t sit there wondering if you fell through the cracks somewhere. Reach out to Instructor Support. You will find the current support numbers and contact information on our Instructor Support Page.
While you are waiting for your PBS to be completed, there is something important you can do. Start reading or listening to “Marketing Is Freedom.”
Marketing Is Freedom: A Required Training Tool
Our marketing training comes from Rory Ricord, the creator of the Performance Blogging System and author of Marketing Is Freedom. Rory has spent years teaching the marketing principles behind PBS, and his book is an important part of the training you are about to begin.
While you are waiting for your PBS to be completed, start reading or listening to Marketing Is Freedom. It is a required training tool within our community and helps explain the marketing concepts, thinking, and methods you will hear throughout your training.

Now the Learning Begins
Once your PBS is ready and you are connected with your instructor and training team, you can start learning about Residual Affiliate Marketing and how everything works together. You are not expected to know it all on day one. Thank goodness, because that would be one very long day! 😂
Your training will walk you through PBS, Residual Affiliate Marketing, the marketing process, and the affiliate opportunities connected through our community and affiliate partners. You will also learn how to modify older pages and begin creating original content that reflects your own voice, interests, and direction.
We need to be clear here. This is not a get-rich-quick opportunity. Activating a PBS does not automatically create income. You have to put in the time, learn the process, create and improve content, market consistently, and apply what you are being taught. Outcomes vary. You cannot build something you never start, and quitting guarantees you will never see where your effort could have taken you.
You learn. You build. You market. Then you rinse and repeat. 😂 And you keep going. What you do with what you learn is up to you.
